Being in such a remote location, this lodge offers some great aspects. You can feel so close to nature all the time with the jungle around you. the lodge is very close to the place where the original inhabitants of Sri Lanka still dwell, which is a unique experience. you can enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset views around the lodge.

The lodge lacks some basic facilities like room service, which can be inconvenient who expect such services.

Spent New Year at an eco, lodge. the open, air bathroom and the bungalow surrounded by nature were amazing. activities such as hiking and wildlife spotting were wonderful. the staff was very friendly and helpful too. Plus, the food was delicious, especially the local specialties.

Only downside was that Wi, Fi was not available and cell phone reception was weak, so it was hard to stay connected with the outside world. driving there was difficult due to the remote location and unpaved roads, but that's part of the charm of a secluded eco, lodge.
